Room Genie for Amazon Alexa is your virtual concierge customized for your property. The administrative page allows you to manage and update the information any time. Our team will work with you and your staff to populate information about your hotel, create custom responses to questions from guests, build recommendations and local information and add additional Alexa skills that create a more personal experience.
Alexa for Hospitality
Alexa for Hospitality brings its voice assistant into hotel rooms by seamlessly integrating with your existing amenities and services. Alexa will become the hub of the room, simplifying guest tasks like playing music, setting an alarm, controlling in room lighting or temperature, and in some cases even the TVs.
Hardware
Room Genie works with Amazon Echo, Echo Plus, and Echo Dot. You can order the devices from us or you can provide your own.
Collateral
Every implementation of Room Genie includes a Meet Room Genie! Quick Start Guide for every room. The guide provides instructions, tips and suggestions to assist your guests with engaging with Room Genie and with Alexa.
Tools
Implementation of Room Genie includes access to your own administrative portal where you can find all the tools necessary to configure, setup and manage your installation. The portal is also where you will find the analytics that will help you gain data driven insights about how your guests are using the tool. These reports will help you optimize and build a more engaging guest experience. Training is provided, or you can just ask us to do it for you!
Set Up & Support
Every implementation Of Room Genie includes professional installation and administrative setup. Working with your staff our installation team will place and assign a device to every guest room. Hard wiring is not required because each device is connected to your admin portal through the hotel WiFi.
